Our service department prides itself on being the leading provider of service in the Midwest. Through our service offerings, customers are able to maintain the products purchased from us throughout their lifecycle. With second to none experience and average technician tenure of 13 years, our service technicians are committed to each customer and their success.

Our quick response time is leading the market in Iowa and Nebraska thanks to 6 origins of service. We average 6,000 service calls per year; yet DBE technicians manage to arrive, ONSITE, in just less than 2 hours on average. We do not think that a phone call is an acceptable measure of response time. You can count on us to show up, reliably and consistently.

DBE utilizes the latest tools and technology in order to provide the best service. With an industry leading ERP, we offer our customers a web portal to enter and track service calls, view service history, view service agreements, and order supplies. These tools allow our customers to function more efficiently adding to the bottom lines of their organization.

We not only service DBE products, but we also provide service for competitive products. Our promise to our customers is that we will provide the same level of service that they expect from DBE on ALL other products or we will not do it at all.
